About ISS

Operational discipline with frontline credibility.

Integrity Security Services Pty Ltd is a licensed security firm operating across New South Wales and Queensland. Formed in 2017 from a business with origins dating to 1996, ISS provides static guarding, mobile patrols, crowd control, cash-in-transit, close protection and event security to industrial, retail, commercial and licensed-venue clients.

Our point of difference is operational discipline backed by frontline credibility. Every guard works under documented Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Work Method Statements. Incident reporting is captured digitally through AusComply. Venue-level outcomes are measured against agreed KPIs — including measurable reductions in incidents at high-risk sites.

Licensed and accountable

NSW Master Security Licence No. 000 103 403, valid to October 2027. Director and Nominated Person personally involved in every engagement.

Hands-off methodology

Communication and de-escalation before physical intervention. Physical response reserved for protection and self-defence in line with legal obligations.

Documented and digital

AusComply-based incident reporting. Clients can link their own profile for direct visibility. Site-specific SOPs and SWMS developed jointly with management.

What we do

A full spectrum of licensed security capability.

Our deployment model is built around capability matching — the right officer with the right credentials for the specific site, briefed against documented procedures and supported through digital incident reporting.

01 / Licensed venues

Crowd control & venue security

RSA monitoring, ID checking and dress-code enforcement, lock-up procedures, OLGR-compliant incident logging. Hands-off methodology with escalation pathways defined per venue.

02 / Static guarding

24-hour onsite presence

Continuous static guarding at industrial, commercial and government sites including coal mine operations, council assets and ports.

03 / Mobile patrols

Scheduled & randomised patrols

Probing, drive-through and foot patrols on scheduled or randomised intervals with timestamped digital reporting.

04 / Close protection

Personal protection details

Personal protection for media personnel, broadcast crews, executives and event VIPs. Directed by Cert III qualified personnel.

05 / Cash-in-transit

Cash, valuables & document transport

Cash, coin, jewellery, bullion and document transport for shopping centres, retail, ATM servicing and banking depots.

06 / Event security

Single events to multi-day festivals

Risk assessment, traffic and pedestrian control, perimeter management, stage and backstage security for events from intimate to large-scale.

07 / Risk assessment

Site-specific SOPs & SWMS

Complimentary Security Risk Assessment with commencement of services. Site-specific procedures developed in collaboration with venue management.

08 / Training & inductions

Pre-deployment briefings

On-site inductions, ongoing toolbox refreshers, gap training. Cert IV TAE qualified principal — training in-house, not outsourced.

Integrated Property Services

One point of contact. Two coordinated services.

Through our long-standing partnership with a vetted cleaning contractor, ISS clients can engage complementary property services as part of a single procurement.

For licensed venues, commercial sites and event organisers, this means one phone call to coordinate both security and cleaning — with consistent standards, reliable scheduling, and accountability that runs through the ISS office. Particularly valuable at the boundary of an event or shift, where security wraps up as the cleanup crew arrives.

  • Post-event cleanup

Concerts, festivals, functions and private events — coordinated handover from security to cleanup.

  • Licensed venue end-of-night

End-of-shift glass collection, floor cleaning, bathroom restoration, ready for open the next day.

  • Commercial & office cleaning

Regular scheduled cleaning for offices, retail tenancies and shopping-centre common areas.

  • Industrial site cleaning

Mine sites, depots and warehouses — scheduled cleaning in compliance with site WHS requirements.

Specialty Operations

Operations beyond the standard brief.

Selected specialist deployments where ISS has built deep operational capability over years of contract delivery.
